Winter WonderLAN 2009

It's finally here and we couldn't be more excited! Our first public LAN party is coming this February. You can find everything you need to know at the FAQ page however I'm going to give you the important stuff right now.

The dates you need to mark in your calendar are Feb 6th and 7th. We'll be starting at 5pm on the 6th and running all night and then all day on the 7th until 2am. So here's what you need to do to ensure you get a seat.

First you need to register at www.ehbutton.com. Once you're a member you need to RSVP for the event at this page. Then click on the PayPal "pay now" button to buy your ticket. You can find the button on the ehbutton main page or in the FAQ page. Please keep in mind that you'll need a PayPal account to pay for your seat. If you don't have one registration is fairly painless. Tickets cost $25. We've tried to keep ticket prices as low as possible considering all of our costs. At the moment we have 30 seats available but there's a very good chance we'll be adding 10 more bringing the total to 40.

We've got tournaments and prizes and we're working on getting some cool sponsors involved.

In our minds this is only the beginning. If things go well our second event will be held in the summer of 09. But in order to grow we need your support. We created ehbutton.com to help bring like minded Canadian gamers together but the events is where we all meet face to face. If you've never been to a LAN party before you're in for a real treat. We'll be posting more information and how to videos on making your LAN experience a good one.
